Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Luxgrove. We are committed to ensuring your premium leather goods reach you safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping duration.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Estimates & Costs

We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
• Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or customs clearance processes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Luxgrove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team immediately at luxgroveleatherrepair@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged product so we can initiate a claim and provide a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Luxgrove is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
